April McCullough

Mrs. McCullough was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and graduated from Little Rock Central High School.  Having joined the team in September 2023, she serves as the Administrative Assistant for Tendaji Community Development Corporation.  With over 15 years in healthcare and management, Mrs. McCullough volunteers her time serving on the Board for My Journey of Faith, an online faith-based ministry.  She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  She then went on to pursue both her Master of Arts and Master of Education degrees in Adult Education and Counseling, respectively. She is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas where is pursuing a Doctorate degree in Leadership, Equity, and Inclusion with a concentration in Community Leadership. Her areas of focus include Leadership Development, Spirituality, Authenticity, and Engagement.  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, running around the lake, reading, and spending time with her family.
